A Sweet Weekend at The Uncut House | 13th & 14th June
On the 13th and 14th of June, The Uncut House welcomed guests for a truly special experience—an intimate Honey Tasting with Poorva Lalbhai of Bees in My Backyard.
What began with a simple tasting soon unfolded into an afternoon filled with stories, learning, and shared wonder. Guests explored the subtle flavours and aromas of different honeys while discovering the fascinating world of bees and their vital role in our ecosystem. Every spoonful sparked curiosity, conversations, and a deeper appreciation for nature’s smallest yet most remarkable creators.
More than a tasting, it was a gathering that brought people together through meaningful conversations and moments of discovery. We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us and to Poorva for creating such a memorable experience.
