metals and feature Uncut Diamonds / Polki Diamonds / Vilandi, genuine sourced
gemstones, and authentic pearls. Every piece includes an Authenticity Certificate,
which details the metal purity and materials used.
Are your pieces hallmarked?
Absolutely. All jewelry is hallmarked by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS),
ensuring purity and trust.
Are the gemstones authentic?
It is our endeavour to responsibly source all our gemstone. They may exhibit
inclusions or subtle imperfections—these are what make them beautifully unique.
Why might the piece look different than on the website?

is handcrafted—expect slight variations in dimensions and weight . This is part of

Our prices are adjusted in line with fluctuations in gold rates and the cost of precious
gemstones & materials used in crafting each piece. Any variation you see would only
be due to these changes.

4. Jewelry Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my UNCUT Jewelry?
● Each piece comes with a care instruction card.

What if a stone is lost, or enamel gets damaged?
We can help with stone replacements or enamel repairs. Contact us via email or
WhatsApp to initiate the process. Note that shipping costs and product evaluation
are handled as per our guidelines.
Can jewelry be resized, re-polished, or repaired? - Repolish add note
Yes — we provide resizing, re-polishing, and repairs. After you reach out to our
team, send your piece along with a sample size (if resizing), and our experts will
assess and assist you.
Please note: Clients are responsible for shipping the jewelry to us. If you’d like us to
arrange a pickup, courier charges will apply. Resizing and repairs may involve a
nominal fee depending on the work required.
I’ve damaged my jewelry while wearing it. Can you help?

best way to restore it. Depending on the repair, a service charge may apply.
What if my ring or bracelet doesn’t fit me perfectly?

Should your jewelry feel a little loose or snug upon arrival, our team will be glad to
assist with resizing or adjustments to ensure it sits beautifully on you. Depending on
the design, a nominal charge may apply—but rest assured, we’ll do our best to make
the process seamless and effortless for you.
5. Returns, Shipping & Policies
When will my order arrive?
Each piece is handcrafted with care, and we usually require 14–21 days from the

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we partner only with trusted insured courier
agencies such as Sequel, BVC, DHL, and FedEx.
Is my jewelry insured during shipping?
Yes. Every Uncut Jewelry shipment is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep.
We offer secure worldwide delivery* (with the exception of a few countries where
direct shipping from India is restricted).
Can I track the status of my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details directly from
our courier partner. If you haven’t received these, simply email us at

tracking ID or connect you with our logistics team.
Are there additional shipping or tax charges?
We offer free shipping only within India, and all prices include applicable GST.
Can I edit my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes—contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change. Note that
delivery timelines may adjust accordingly.
What’s your return policy?
Not fully satisfied? Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your piece (include photos
if applicable). We offer a partial refund of 80%, with 20% retained for handling,
insured shipping and logistics. Once the return is approved and the item received in

Can I exchange my Uncut Jewelry?
Yes — we accept exchanges at 70% of the invoice value, valid for up to 1 year
from the date of purchase. Simply reach out to us, and our team will be happy to
guide you through the process.
Please note: We are unable to accommodate any return or exchange requests made
after one year of the purchase.
What about returns on personalized or customized pieces?
These are generally non-returnable, but we still invite you to contact us—we’ll gladly
review your case personally.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us or WhatsApp us within 24 hours, along with
photos & videos of the issue. We'll respond immediately—if needed, we'll send a
replacement and arrange pickup (securely packaged and still in original condition).

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order. You can check out as a
guest, but we will need you to fill in your email address at checkout and phone
number during checkout for communication related to your order fulfilment and
logistics.
