  • Every Uncut by Aditi Amin piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans, often using intricate techniques that give each item its own character. Because of this, slight variations in size, dimensions, and finish may occur — adding to the uniqueness of your jewellery.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, we can arrange for the item to be returned. Refunds are issued at 80% of the total invoice value, with 20% retained to cover handling, insurance, and premium shipping costs.

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  2. Include your order details and photographs, if relevant to your request.

  3. Once your request is approved, we will organise a pickup.

  4. The item must be returned in its original condition with secure packaging.

After inspection, if the item meets our return guidelines, the refund will be processed. Requests that do not meet these conditions, or are deemed excessive or unreasonable, may be declined.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Send clear photographs highlighting the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement of the same design and collect the original item, which must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges at 70% of the invoice value, valid for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Simply reach out to us, and our team will be happy to guide you through the process.

Please note: We are unable to accommodate any return or exchange requests made after one year of the purchase.
