Returns for UBAA
Each UBAA piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a piece that is not as intended, we will resolve it.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item delivered does not match your order, or • The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect
- To initiate a return, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear images of the piece.
- Once approved and received by us, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
- Please ensure the piece is returned:
Unused and unworn
In its original packaging
If a pickup is not available in your location, you may ship the piece to us. Shipping charges will be reimbursed upon confirmation.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Exchange for UBAA
If you would like to select a different piece, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery • The piece must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.
- In certain locations, return shipping may need to be arranged by you.
- After the piece is received and passes our quality check, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item.The credit can be used for one or more pieces of equal value • The credit must be used in full in a single transaction
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Please note:
- Images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Variations in colour and detail may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.
- All our pieces are handcrafted using natural stones and artisanal techniques. Slight variations in size, finish, or tone are inherent to the process and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
- We are happy to share additional details, measurements, and scale references prior to purchase.

Returns for UNCUT Festive
While all sales are final, we offer a structured return option under specific conditions.
- Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp

The piece must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging
Once approved and received:
- A refund of 80% of the invoice value will be processed
- The remaining 20% is retained towards handling, insurance, and secure shipping
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accept.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect piece:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear images highlighting the concern
Once verified:
- A replacement of the same piece will be arranged at no additional cost
- The original piece must be returned in its original condition and packaging
Exchanges
We offer exchanges with the following structure:
- Exchanges are applicable at 70% of the original invoice value
- Valid for up to 1 year from the date of purchase
Once approved and received:
- A credit note will be issued for 70% of the value
- This can be redeemed against any available piece
Requests made after 1 year from the date of purchase will not be eligible
Made to Order – UNCUT Festive
- All pieces from the UNCUT Festive collection are specially made to order.
