At Uncut by Aditi Amin, we are committed to ensuring that your jewellery reaches you safely, securely, and in pristine condition. Every order is handled with the utmost care and delivered through trusted luxury logistics partners.

Secure Insured Shipping Pan-India

We offer complimentary, fully insured shipping Pan-India on all Uncut orders.

Every parcel is securely packaged and remains insured until it is signed for and received by the designated recipient.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Delivery Process Timelines

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated for customised or made-to-order pieces.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

For certain remote destinations, additional days may be required, and surcharges may apply (including Jammu Kashmir and North Eastern states).

In rare cases, delivery timelines may be affected by customs clearance, government regulations, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

Identification Handover

For security and insurance purposes, we require proof of identification for the person(s) receiving the shipment.

Our logistics partner will hand over the parcel only to the authorised recipient(s) provided to us in advance.

All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon delivery.

Important Shipping Information

We cannot redirect shipments once they have been dispatched. Each order can be shipped to only one address.

To send items to multiple addresses, separate orders will need to be placed.

Order cut-off times and delivery estimates are guidelines only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs processes, natural calamities, or events beyond our control.

Packaging Concerns

If your package appears to be tampered with or damaged upon arrival:

Please refuse delivery. Notify us immediately with Images of the damaged parcel at mail@uncutjewelry.com / 91-9824450891 with your order reference number.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement at the earliest possible time.
